We are always looking to improve things at ShotDeadInTheHead.com. Whether it is our designs, our service, the shirts we print on or the way that we print.
No stone is left unturned. Lately, we have made a bunch of changes so please read below before you make your purchase.
The Shirts
We have recently changed to a far better quality t-shirt for both men and women. The new shirts have a much better fit and feel and print
way better. Here’s the technical bit –
- 160g in weight and 100% cotton – a lighter more modern shirt that will hold its shape wash after wash.
- Pre-shrunk so you don’t have to. Order your size in confidence.
- Deluxe 30’s ring spun softness. That’s the bit that makes them feel really nice
to wear.
- Euro style fit in neck, shoulders and sleeves. Basically us Europeans know how
to wear clothes better than the Yanks. Apologies if you are reading this our
American customers. It’s still true though.
- Twin needle sleeves and bottom hem. Trust us – that’s a good thing.
- Quarter turned to eliminate centre crease. A common problem solved.
The Sizing
The new shirts are a more fitted shape. Because of their improved construction and lighter weight fabric with the added ring spun softness they definitely look better on but please check the sizing below as they are a little different to the old shirts.

Kids
Our kids tees are unisex and designed to look great whether you are buying for sugar and spice or puppy dogs tails. The shirts are 100% cotton and pre-shrunk so that they will fit after washing – we know how quickly the little urchins go through clothes so we make sure that our shirts don’t contribute. We try to match the colour you see on the screen with the actual colour of the garment. Due to the differences with computer monitors, the colour you see may not be the exact colour of the shirt, however the colour names should make it fairly obvious and if you have any queries, please contact us before ordering.

The Printing
We print all of your t-shirts to order. The reason we do this is it means we can have a huge range of designs in a variety of colours and sizes that we just keep on adding to every time our pool of drunken designers come up with another bit of flawed genius.
We digitally print all of your t-shirts using the latest ethical water based inks. Our super tech printer actually dyes the fabric as opposed to printing on top like traditional screen or vinyl printing methods. This means you get detailed designs printed to a higher quality that will never change no matter how many times you wash your t-shirt.
Our print shop is one of the most ethical in the UK. In March 2005, they became the first UK printing company to be awarded accreditation from the ECO ‘Ethical Company Organisation’. In June of 2006, they were accredited by The Soil Association as the first UK textile printer to gain organic status and is now licenced as the sole supplier of authentic organic print in the UK. In November of 2006 they gained further recognition by becoming a registered supplier for the Fairtrade Foundation.
